Dr. Alejandro Luque Hernández

Centro IDENTA is led by Dr. Alejandro Luque Hernández, an internal medicine physician who holds master's degrees in neuropsychology and in third-wave cognitive behavioral psychotherapy. He is currently completing a doctorate in neuropsychoanalysis.

He specializes in psychological trauma and its effects, as well as in dissociation and emotional dysregulation. His work draws on clinical medicine, neurobiology and in-depth psychological understanding to approach complex cases from an interdisciplinary perspective.

His main area of interest covers central pain sensitivity syndromes (fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, chronic migraine, myofascial pain, irritable bowel syndrome and post-traumatic stress) along with functional neurological disorders. He works from the premise that a cluster of symptoms should not be divided up between specialties, but understood as an integrated expression of biological and psychosocial experience.

Vivien Iran Bautista Ruedas

Clinical psychology

Vivien Bautista is a clinical psychologist and part of the clinical psychology team at Centro IDENTA, where she accompanies patients through their psychotherapeutic process within the IDENTA Model.

She also holds specialist technical training in neurostimulation, which allows her to take part in the supervised application of non-invasive techniques alongside the rest of the interdisciplinary approach.

Dr. Gerardo A. Boni

Research and scientific publication

Dr. Gerardo Boni holds a doctorate in science and carried out postdoctoral research at Aarhus University in Denmark and at the University of California, Irvine. His findings in biomedicine are supported by hundreds of international citations and have contributed to several biotechnology innovations.

He works in biomedical consultancy, and he has complemented his scientific training with legal studies in intellectual property and health law. His contribution to the IDENTA Model is methodological and scientific rigor.

Aaron Ruedas Rueda

Psychotherapy and nutrition

Aaron Ruedas holds a degree in clinical nutrition and a master's in cognitive behavioral psychotherapy, with further specialization in third-wave therapies.

Within the IDENTA Model he brings the nutritional and the psychotherapeutic sides of care together, working on the relationship between diet, physiological regulation and emotional wellbeing.

Physical rehabilitation

Moisés Ruedas Rueda

Physical rehabilitation

Moisés Ruedas holds a degree in physical rehabilitation and a master's in geriatric rehabilitation.

He contributes the movement and functional recovery side of the IDENTA Model, paying particular attention to gradual, safe progression in cases of persistent pain and central sensitization.
