Evidence-based psychotherapy

Brief, structured psychotherapy aimed at psycho-neuro-immuno-endocrine (PNIE) regulation.

What it involves

What it is

We work with psychotherapies whose effectiveness has been widely researched and documented. On that foundation we have built our own integrative model, which brings validated tools together into one coherent clinical route.

Our intervention is brief and goal-oriented. It works to regulate the psycho-neuro-immuno-endocrine (PNIE) axis, the continuous exchange between mind, brain, immune system and hormonal regulation, so that the symptom has less impact and function returns.

What you can expect

  • Coordination with the rest of your clinical process at IDENTA.

This information is provided for general education. It does not replace an individual medical assessment and is not a diagnosis. Whether any intervention is appropriate is decided after the corresponding clinical assessment.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does “evidence-based” actually mean?

It means we start from interventions supported by clinical research and reviews, and that we measure whether they produce the expected change in your particular case.

How many sessions does it usually take?

This is a brief, goal-oriented intervention. The number of sessions is agreed at the outset, according to your goals.

Is a video consultation just as effective?

For many goals, working online is a valid and well-supported option. We decide together which format suits your case.
