What Centro IDENTA is

Centro IDENTA, the Center for Integrated Medical and Psychological Care, was founded to treat human suffering from an integrative, evidence-based perspective. We bring internal medicine, neuropsychology, psychotherapy, nutrition and rehabilitation together into a single clinical process, aimed above all at the somatic and functional symptoms that persist when conventional tests come back “normal”.

We work from the psycho-neuro-immuno-endocrine (PNIE) system: the constant exchange between mind, brain, immune system and hormonal regulation. This view lets us understand the symptom as a real, biological phenomenon, never as something imaginary, and to address it in a structured way.

How we work

Every process begins with an integrated medical and psychological assessment and is organized within the IDENTA Model v1.0, a phased approach that keeps your condition from being split between specialties that never speak to one another. The findings from the assessment guide the interventions, whether psychotherapy, neuropsychology or neurostimulation, and everything is measured over time against clear objectives.

Behind this model is an interdisciplinary clinical team that brings together biomedical knowledge and psychological understanding, with contemporary training and a grounding in research.
